The customer service here is very nice. The staff is friendly. I enjoyed the seasonal flavor, Biscoff My delivery order (through a 3rd party service) went conveniently “missing” but this place was quick to remake my order, apologize, and ensure that it got delivered promptly.
I bought two small bundt cakes. The total was 11.50. I gave the cashier 20.50. She excused herself and was in the back for a while. She came back out, apologized, and handed my change in the amount of 8.00. Next time I will use a credit card.
