Walked in and was not addressed or welcomed. It was a young Hispanic woman who had no guests in front of her who did not say a word to me. Another associate helped once the person she was helping left. Might consider retaining here.

The Mansfield location has the worst service. They have these poor teenagers working that allow people to cut the line for pick up orders all while having a line out the door. On extremely busy days perhaps having another person to work on getting pick up orders taken care of would help with this because I do see this situation escalating.
On mothers day, the line was ridiculously long. Both ordering, uber pick ups and customer online pick. There was about 25 people waiting in line outside. Restaurant should have better organized the uber pick up and customer ordering. This is not good. Possibly stop the uber ordering until they may catch up with orders.
