Makeli really went above and beyond. It’s one thing to have a delicious product but Makeli customer service was a 10/10.

I usually stop here pretty often and so yesterday, I wanted to get a lemon blueberry cake, but when I arrived the girl at the counter told me that they were baking/cooling off. I let her know that it was fine and that I could come back after visiting another shop in the area, but when I asked when would be a good time to come back, she simply gave me a “I don’t know” and just kept giving me that answer.
