To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Stopped in Sunday selected two cakes and added extra icing. Was notified it takes 5 extra minutes. No problem! I stand waiting approx 20 minutes.while counting at least 15 other customers place orders and leave out. I ask what’s going on and I receive I don’t know let me check. Then I get they are working on them just a few more minutes. I ask again what’s going on. Then I’m told the order wasn’t sent to the back. Spent too long waiting and all I get is I’m sorry. Not the best customer service at all!
Extremely rude customer service, won’t order from here again
Yes, they are expensive but it’s the only cake I have really liked since moving to the USA 8 years ago.
