Unfortunately, our Mother’s Day pickup experience at this location was disappointing. There seemed to be very little communication between management/ownership and the cashiers, which created an awkward and unprofessional interaction during what should have been a smooth holiday pickup experience. My advice to the business would be not to take on more orders than the logistics and staffing can realistically handle. I ordered a cake and cupcakes from this bakery, but I had to cancel the order. What followed was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience just to receive a refund. I did not receive my refund for over three weeks. I contacted the store twice and was told each time to “wait.” After a week of no resolution, I had to physically go into the store to speak with a manager.
