I was so disappointed with my order from Nothing Bundt Cakes. I ordered the carrot cake and while eating, I found a hair baked inside the cake. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unappetizing. I even have pictures to prove it. For a bakery with such a big reputation, I expected proper hygiene and quality control. This experience ruined the cake for me, and I will not be ordering from here again.
I have never in my life dealt with a business this rude, this unprofessional, and this flat-out disrespectful.
