To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. They were super accommodating. Dorsa (I'm sorry if I misspelled that) helped me & she was nice & efficient. There was a slight hiccup with my order but they quickly made up for it & then some! Great customer service (: Grace was quick & helpful on the phone, too!
They usually have a cakes in stock and do not run out quickly.
The service in Allen went down the hill. I remembered the service was top notch but now the girls there are so unfriendly and looks like they hate their jobs. First, they could not find my order that I placed online to pick up. Additionally, I wanted to order another bundt cake since it was a new flavor and they were not saying anything, it was very transactional and blah. They didn't care to greet, smile or just be helpful!
