Beware, you cannot use the bag promotion with the $5 off from the app. I was unaware and when I input my phone number I clicked to use the $5 off reward. She had to ring everything in again and was told both could not be used. I understand but I basically lost the reward.
Don’t preorder unless you plan on getting it right away which at that point you’re better off walking in to see what they still have available. Preordered and paid extra for 2 limited Bundt cakes. Ordered 3 Bundt cakes in total and when showed up to pick up they stated they didn’t have any more of 2 out of the 3. Thought the whole point of preordering is basically to reserve it. My favorite place to treat myself!! I love the strawberries and cream bundlets. The cakes are so moist! The staff is usually always friendly. If you have an issue, it is corrected quickly. (I only had one problem and it was with the app. The workers helped me quickly and efficiently. ) My only "gripe" is that they do not offer utensils. I definitely recommend this location!
The cakes aren’t good. Better off baking a box cake.
