I placed a delivery order with Nothing Bundt Cakes for a cake and balloons scheduled between 6:00–6:30 PM. The driver showed up with only balloons and claimed he had no knowledge of the cake. When I called the store, the response I received was unhelpful and left me with no clear resolution. Today I went to go pick up my son’s cake that I ordered a week and a half ago, the customer service representative I believe her name is Taylor, she was not friendly at all. She did not ask me if I wanted to see the cake before she sealed the box up. Once I told her that I wanted to see my cake, she had an attitude. Finally My cake was unsealed and looked fine.
