Ordered 13 dozen Bundtinis as well as a cake for a wedding. I called at noon to check the status and was told it was not quite ready but was assured it would be ready no later than 1:00pm. Arrived to pick it up at 3:15pm and it was still not ready. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. One of the boxes (12 in a box) was smashed in causing all the frosting to come off and stick to the top of the box. Cupcakes on a different level! Always tastey and made for a great bday surprise for my wife at work. Excellent.
Incredible experience with the worker named Jordan. He was nothing but polite to me, comforted me with my cousins nieces step sisters son in laws death, and even provided me with extra service and care. He deserves a raise.
