Worst customer service. The only person I don’t blame is the sweet high schooler behind the counter who didn’t know answers to questions. Honestly, not a professional environment whatsoever and I wouldn’t say “Customer Service” is in any way their specialty. Will not be returning.
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD AT THIS PLACE. WE CAME IN FOR THE BISCOFF BUTTER CAKE AND WAS TOLD WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE BY THE PERSON AT THE REGISTER THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY, YOU WEREN'T MAKING ANYMORE, IT WAS DONE "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT?"
