THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD AT THIS PLACE. WE CAME IN FOR THE BISCOFF BUTTER CAKE AND WAS TOLD WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE BY THE PERSON AT THE REGISTER THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY, YOU WEREN'T MAKING ANYMORE, IT WAS DONE "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT?" THAT ATTITUDE WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND UNNECESSARY! WHETHER THE PROMOTION HAD ENDED OR NOT, WE DID NOT NEED TO BE GREETED WITH SOMEONE WHO OBVIOUSLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH A SIMPLE QUESTION. At the opinion of the sales lady that helped me decide which flavored bundt cake to choose, I chose the white chocolate raspberry mini cake. Several people had raved about how tasty and delicious these cakes were, but I was disappointed when I tried one. The inside of the cake was very dense, and not at all moist. The raspberries were pretty much non existent, except at the bottom. I could see a few specks or pieces of red and it didn't taste like anything special. Love the food, they would not give me a plastic fork for my kid to eat his cake, they wanted to sell me forks ....doesn't seem rught.
