Well I was thinking I was going to get good service but i didn't. This was my very first time I had something delivered to my son for his birthday. A cake was sitting outside for 20mins before they noticed it was outside. Doordash did not even ring the bell or knock. It's pretty upsetting to get a cake just sitting outside your door. So I called Noting Bundt Cake and they didn't even care they said it was out of there hands. That will be the last time I will order delivery....
Great hit with employees both taste & presentation
Excellent mini bundts. I got some for a family gathering. Strawberries & Cream, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon Raspberry, and Lemon. They were all delicious. Getting to the place is pretty easy with access to the shopping center from both the north and south ends. Adequate parking.
Mary absolutely MAKES the experience at the Temple, TX location. Every time I have visited the location, she is always so welcoming, informing and helpful. The type of customer service she provides is not one that is found anymore these days and it’s SO refreshing to experience. Mary, keep up the good work! You are awesome!!!
