I’ve been a longtime customer of this location, but unfortunately my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the customer service we received. The clerk assisting us — a heavy-set girl with blonde hair and a septum piercing — was repeatedly snapping her gum and appeared completely uninterested in helping us. When we asked if a simple “Happy Birthday” message could be added to a premade cake, she immediately refused and was very unhelpful in offering any alternative. I just want to take time to shout the employee that helped me on Thursday I think. I believe her name was Marylee or Maryann something of that sort. She was so nice and conversational. I don't go to Nothing Bundt Cakes too often because it is a little high for me to frequent, but she just reminded why I love the business and how friendly they are!
Extremely kind service and the cakes are always DELICIOUS!
