Got a bundt cake for Easter and it was so good! Easy to order and pick up was smooth. Will absolutely order again.
My wife stopped in yesterday. It was her first time there. It took her a few minutes to pick the 4 cakes she wanted. She was there to get some cakes for our son’s birthday. The 2 young ladies were rude and disrespectful. They were bothered by the amount of time it took my wife to make her selections. Cakes were very good. Service absolutely horrible. Will we return to the Dublin location? I doubt it. Hopefully the other locations provide better customer service.
Ordered 2 cakes and cupcakes, only received one cake and cupcakes. They acted like it was our fault, but they didn't even make the second cake. Staff is rude but the cakes are good.
