I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with your company. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday cake over the phone directly with the bakery, specifying that the delivery driver should ring the doorbell and not leave the cake outside. I went to this location February 1, 2025 and purchased 4 Buntlets. There was a piece of hair baked into one of the cakes. It had been halfway eaten before the hair was discovered. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement.
I went to get my cake for my birthday. Also, I wanted to get a free cake since it was my birthday but I didn’t receive it. I literally received it last year. I don’t get how I didn’t receive my cake this year but I did last year. Bad customer service, the workers were being rude.
