Disappointing Customer Service Experience I’ve been a loyal customer, frequently buying Bundt cakes for clients, events, and parties, spending hundreds of dollars at this location. I ordered online delivery and it never arrived! The driver called once and I missed it. I called them back immediately and they did not answer. They just drove away with my order. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do - my money and time were wasted. I do not recommend! What a bummer!
There's just something that makes it hard to say no to a bundt cake! The flavor selection is always great and having a gluten free option is super helpful!
I ordered the red velvet cake for my husband's birthday and we loved it🎂 It's a 10/10 hands down. So delicious! We will continue to shop with you guys, no question! 👌
