Yesterday, while driving for Uber Eats, I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up an order. When I walked in, a woman named Emily who I understand may be the store manager was closing out with another employee. She clearly saw me enter and stand at the counter needing assistance, yet she walked away. I had the biscoff bundt cake and it was delicious....wished I ordered more. Def would get again and again!!!!
I never left a bad review in my life. But this one deserved it. Absolutely the worst customer service. This brunette young girl with blue eyes should be retrained or let go if she keeps that attitude. Literally throwing the cakes on the counter. Asked for a bag, she just threw it to me. Didn’t even put the cakes in it, and just stood there and stared down at me while I did it myself in front of her.
Staff was so pleasant! Great customer service. Whoever was working Thursday 6/19 is the best!
