I went in to pick up a fathers day cake and when I went in and told them I wanted a Father’s Day cake they gave me a plain Bundt cake I asked if it came with a flower of father day message and she said no and proceeded to put the cake in a box and send me on my way. While the lady in front of me had options to have a flower and well as card on the Bundt for father’s day. I left disappointed with such poor service and will not be returning.
I prepaid for a bundt cake for pickup for a special occasion and when I arrived, it wasn’t available. The store refused to issue a refund and instead offered a free cake for next time. Since they didn't fulfill my order I expected a refund. This was a disappointing experience.
Yesterday, while driving for Uber Eats, I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up an order. When I walked in, a woman named Emily who I understand may be the store manager was closing out with another employee. She clearly saw me enter and stand at the counter needing assistance, yet she walked away.
