I prepaid for a bundt cake for pickup for a special occasion and when I arrived, it wasn’t available. The store refused to issue a refund and instead offered a free cake for next time. Since they didn't fulfill my order I expected a refund. This was a disappointing experience.
Yesterday, while driving for Uber Eats, I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up an order.
