The last three times I’ve gone to the Covington location, it’s been the same experience…lacking in icing on their Bundt cakes. I even had the young girl attempt to find others today (I was trying to purchase three), but they were all the same. I purchased two only because I was picking them up for my girlfriends, but requested a refund for the third one (I’d already paid for them), which the manager came out and happily refunded with no attempt to resolve.
