I love their cakes BUT their service is absolutely horrible. Cashier overcharged me, said I took the TOP Sparklers when I didn't and didn't have them set aside for me even though I paid for them and tried to offer store credit because she couldn't refund me again (refunded me what was overcharged initially). Left the store WITHOUT it getting resolved. DON'T COME HERE!

I highly recommend this very delicious cake well done 👍 and definitely rate it a 20 perfect for birthdays especially for older people not that sweet just perfect and delicious I give it a 10+
Did an online pickup and was in and out so quick! Love the different seasonal options! Can't wait to try what they come out with next!
