ugh, that is incredibly frustrating. There is nothing worse than being "that guest" who brings a messy host gift, especially when you went out of your way to be careful driving it over! For $40, you have every right to expect the product to actually look like it’s worth $40 when the box gets opened. What makes this completely mind-boggling is their response. If you're looking for something other than the grocery store cake, this is a great alternative.
Love the concept, the flavors and the cake decoration! Have ordered twice and it’s been great. I would recommend that you reduce the sugar levels in your icing and the base bundt cake by atleast 30-40% of what you use today. It did give us a sugar spike. It would make it a perfect cake for all occasions if the sugar levels are moderated or have an option for low sugar cakes.
