This place should be 5 stars. The cakes are fantastic. I have to give a lower review because we got the wrong order. I ordered 4 GF choc chip and 2 GF lemon raspberry and got the reverse. My husband tried to purchase extra GF Choc chip while he was there (before he looked at the order when he got home) and they were sold out which leads me to believe this error was planned not to be noticed until it was too late to resolve.
Cakes are phenomenal! But the highlight was Martin’s exceptional service! He really helped me fix an issue with my order and I truly appreciated it! These guys don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like a human being and that has earned them my business for life! Thank you Martin, and thank you to the amazing team at NBC! First time trying it and the bundtlets are so moist and not too sweet and the cutest size desserts around. Love that there were gluten free options, not enough places have that. The staff were so friendly and inviting. I will be back for sure to try more flavours of the bundtlets!

Great customer service. Pre-ordered a lemon Bundt cake and picked up at store. It was ready and quick get in & out. While the cake was delicious & fresh, we found it a bit too sweet. With the icing which is amazing by the way, the cake itself does not need THAT much sugar/sweetness. Needed coffee/tea to balance the sweetness but everyone enjoyed it. Thank you.
