Nina, the manager, is amazing. I called to inform her about a terrible experience with the delivery service they used. A delivery driver came into the dealership to drop off a cake intended for someone else. I informed the driver that no one by that name worked here. Having purchased many cakes over the years and loved them, was very displeased in specialty marble cake with chocolate frosting. I was very disappointed when this cake was discontinued as it was my favorite. That being said, totally disappointed now. I did purchase cake 2 days ahead but was unopened and refrigerated. Cake was very dry as if it had been made days ahead and not sold. Also choc frosting had no taste at all.
Great service and delicious cakes of all sizes. These make for perfect gifts or party favors.
Very clean and tidy store. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
The service was quick and easy! The cake itself is delicious but it's too small for the price, hence the one star deduction.
