My friend placed a delivery order online to celebrate a recent life event, and unfortunately the delivery driver (Uber, not NBC!) dropped off the wrong order. The team there quickly had a plan to make sure I got my order and went above and beyond for me. Pam was great to talk to, the person who gave me my order was sweet, and the supervisor there handled everything quickly and even gave me a follow up call to be sure! ❤️
Placed an order for pick-up today at 4pm. My husband drives all the way there and they are closed! They are open until 6pm on Friday's and the app allowed an order to be placed and scheduled for this day. Very disappointed.
Best cakes ever! Friendly staff and great service! This place does not have food; just bundt cakes. The best cakes for birthdays, graduations or other special occasions!!
Order today was refrigerated and not fresh. Was very cold, hard, and dry. These cakes are expensive so I was disappointed
