Trying to buy a cake for my 30th birthday and called right before closing that I was going to be 2 min late they said I can still make it… then I arrive and they say they can only sell me an individual cake and not a cake big enough for 4 people to celebrate my birthday. Despite having 6 cakes the size I wanted ready to go. She didn’t want to have to “remake” another cake to replace it. Wow. I have dropped close to $1000 at this store in the last 5 days. I asked for them to set aside some decorations for my order to be picked up (toothpick decorations for the buntis) and because of thier service policy I have to walk in and pick them out. I would have even paid for them before hand. Not a big deal AT ALL for me to do so, I was sending someone to pick up for me and I was just trying to be respectful to the person helping me out and make it easier.
