I am beyond disgusted by the service I have received at nothing bundt cakes Southlake. I have always been annoyed at how rude the staff are for many years but this location is so convenient and my work orders here nearly every week so I have put up with the little annoyances until today. Today I spoke to Judy (manager) and this was the most unpleasant experience of my entire life, it is clear the anger and rude employees stem from her poor management skills. Excellent variety of flavors and sizes. I like all the flavors I've tried. I have a tree-nut allergy and it is difficult to find a good carrot cake without nuts. I am extremely happy to have found it here.
I purchased a 'Lots of Luv' cake for my sister's birthday. The decorations on the cake along with the matching balloons was definitely worth the extra cost. The white chocolate raspberry tasted so good...I can't wait until I have another special occasion to purchase a cake from here.
I ordered cakes from this bakery for my daughter's birthday. I inquired about the ingredients in the cakes to ensure I was ordering quality cakes and because I try to limit artificial ingredients in my family's diet. The store representative was very evasive and wouldn't tell me what was in the cakes. I specifically asked if it contained a certain ingredient and she stated, I can only tell you some of the ingredients and would not say yes or no to my question.
