went to pickup an order and they didnt have it, the girl at the counter was not helpful and rude. Even saying my order number didn't look normal until she entered it into the system and realized they just didnt see the order. She was acting skeptical of my order?? Got my cake though, just bad customer service
Went in to pick up an order and it was dead in there. No greetings, which is fine but cashier (Sam) has a bad attitude already. Service is bad, had to ask her to bag up my order and essential do her job. Need better training at this location, probably won't be ordering from this location again.
