Very clean place, amazing customer service from Virginia and as always the bundts are amazing. The gluten free lemon raspberry one is incredible and my husbands favorite is the strawberry one!
I’m giving this place one star based on my experience today. I’m actually a frequent customer and have always had great service, which makes this even more disappointing. Today (Friday at 5:00 PM), I ordered a banana pudding cake and asked the employee to get one fresh from the freezer in the back. Instead, she grabbed one, put it in a brown bag without letting me see it, didn’t seal it with the usual signature sticker, and just handed it to me. As a regular, that didn’t sit right with me.
