Renee helped me when I had an urgent order! She was calm, efficient and professional. Ive always loved these cakes and the service today only confirmed my preference to this wonderful bakery.
When I visited this location to purchase some Bundt cakes I asked the cashier if they had forks and she responded “unfortunately we do not”.. this was unfortunate because I wanted to eat my cake in the car. Who is stopping at a dessert shop for an individual cake and is waiting to eat at home.
I went in to use my birthday freebie and was told by the staff that I couldn't use it to get a seasonal flavor (which is not true). Honestly just seemed like the worker was lazy and didn't want to grab the item from the back.
Friendly service and always answers questions or concerns. Great for kids parties!!
