To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I ordered a strawberries and cream Bundt Cake for $49. When I picked it up I noticed that the cake was not the normal light pink color. It was as dark as the outside of the carrot cake . I asked if it could be remade because it was obviously overcooked. The sweet girl checked on that for me. She assured me that the cake was the correct flavor and that they always look like that. The cake tasted burned and was extremely dry . VERY DISAPPOINTING.
They advertise flavors they can not fulfill. Wasted my time, gas and have to wait 3 days for my refund. No apology or effort to make it right. Lousy customer service.
The bundtinis were hard as rocks. After calling and leaving a message to call back, they didn’t have the decency to even do that. I have had these in the past and they were good, but I feel this time I paid $35 for rocks.
