I ordered a cake for my nieces birthday since I couldn’t make it. I put the order in her mom’s name and the pickup in her dad’s name. Her dad went to pickup the cake and provided the pick up name several times. The cashier confirmed each time that she saw the pick up name but continued to ask for additional information to pick up the cake. Horrible! Trying to place an order and they NEVER answer their phones after 5pm! Called Palm Desert store instead and they never let me down! Driving all the way to Palm Desert from Indio to give them our business from now! LQ always fails!
