Horrible! Trying to place an order and they NEVER answer their phones after 5pm! Called Palm Desert store instead and they never let me down! Driving all the way to Palm Desert from Indio to give them our business from now! LQ always fails!

Cute little bakery. I was serviced within 8 minutes in and out of the store. Free surface parking lot. I got an assortment of 12 bundtinis for $33 with mixed flavors and one big bundt cake for a few travel PTs leaving my office location. Total bill was $36. If you want a special card message made with the box it would be 0.50 cents more. I was actually blown away with the taste and moistness of the cakes. I ordered a strawberries and cream Bundt Cake for $49. When I picked it up I noticed that the cake was not the normal light pink color. It was as dark as the outside of the carrot cake . I asked if it could be remade because it was obviously overcooked. The sweet girl checked on that for me. She assured me that the cake was the correct flavor and that they always look like that. The cake tasted burned and was extremely dry . VERY DISAPPOINTING.
