I once went in a minute after the shop closed. I was hoping to just grab a quick mini cake for a friend’s birthday and didn’t have a chance to get there earlier due to class and work. Be careful with this store. They hold no responsibility for online orders not delivered under $200. Their website shows delivery is available, apparently they partnered up with 3rd party service like Uber Eats, but was not disclosed to customers . We did not receive our order but we are told they could not help us or refund our money. What kind of business does that?
Phenomenal cake and the manager Aman was very helpful getting my order placed. Incredible service. Totally recommend!

I ordered two dozen bundtinis online through their third-party system. Before pickup, I called the store and was left on hold for over five minutes. When my husband arrived, he was kept waiting and then given a hard time—staff even tried to charge him for plates and utensils, even though the online order form clearly stated they were free.
