Always clean and happy.
Understaffed according to employee. Had to wait over an hour for orders placed online in advance.
Not so great customer service here at this location. Placed an order online ahead of time and had to wait 35 mins in the store until I got my items. Then, 4 days later I went to pick up a second order I placed ahead of time and was told to come back in 45 mins because the order wasn’t ready. It is the holiday season so I expect a little delay, but this is excessive. Plus multiple other people who came in after me received their orders before mine.
They are so disorganized- they need to rethink how they handle pickups
