First time ever….I tired the limit edition churro..man it’s the best cake I’ve ever tasted in a long time..10/10 I’m eating small bites to save it
The buntlets so small you may as well get a buntini. You used to get a buntlet filled to the top, there would be cream stuck tot the top of the lid. Now it’s not even halfway filled. It’s literally like two bites. You’re paying more for less. And don’t say “inflation”. It’s cake batter. It’s Robbery. If I’m getting less cake, should I be paying less money? I can make my own cake for the same price that tastes the same. So disappointed because I used to love this place.

This is rating customer service, not the cakes. The store sent out an email saying they have a program to give a student a bundtlet cake for tracking reading time on a sheet given by the bakery. I have made two trips to the bakery to get the sheet to join the program for my student. Both times I was assured that the owner would email me the necessary material. I ordered a gender reveal cake for our party and they put the wrong rattle in the cake. Literally a 50/50 job. It’s not that anything even has to get baked into it, they’re just hiding a plastic rattle under a bow. We even cut into it thinking it was just one awful mistake on the outside, and maybe something (correct) was hiding on the inside? But no..
