staff is VERY KIND
Fabulous customer service and the cakes are amazing!!! I ordered for a birthday delivery and Uber left it at the wrong address and they quickly and kindly helped to get the birthday cake to the right person 5 star!!
The one star is because the service is so bad. They don’t know the word flexibility or have a sense of urgency. The lady only knows how to say ‘no, I can’t do it’ or ‘20 minutes’. A government office has better customer service than this place.
