Ordered on line, charged twice, reimbursed, tried to order over phone, waste of time. No cake for birthday today. Oh well.... Just once.... Can one thing be simple
Extremely disappointed in this place!! We placed a large order for our child’s birthday party and they did not have the order ready on time. We placed the order a week ahead. Not only did they not have it ready, took them an additional 30 minutes to get it ready - delaying us to our party. No apologies or discount at all for their mistake. eh . walked in and there were 4 employees . not one said hi hello or welcome in . just ignored me. A couple comes in after me and they greet them. I had my meta classes on so i replayed it and even the last with the big boot on her leg walked past and didn’t even say anything . not a welcoming atmosphere . wouldn’t ever tell anyone to come here
