Went there to redeem one of my rewards that I have had. We dont go very often because im a diabetic so it's only a rare treat for me. The lady at this location was very rude and told me I needed the app. I wasn't even aware there was an app and she acted as if I was dumb and illiterate and talked down to me in which I just left. Wont be returning here or any other location.

We had the best experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Avon! Leslie was so kind and helpful—she made picking out the perfect cake so easy. We tried the new Pineapple Upside Down flavor, and wow… it was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Leslie, for making our visit so sweet!
Just had my first experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes and was extremely pleased with the service and taste of the cakes themselves. The presentation is beautiful and the taste is fabulous. For my first ever order, I purchased a dozen assorted of the bundtinis and then ordered a 4inch Peppermint Chocolate (Limited Time offered)cake. The peppermint chocolate bundtini was flaky, moist with bits of soft peppermint and the icing was spot on with flavor.
