Im visiting from new orleans for my birthday. I ordered a cake here because it was the closest to my airbnb. I was greeted very poorly by the man at the left register. He went and got my cake for me, I asked for a bag and he had an attitude. When he came back with the bag he slammed my cake on the counter and pushed the bag in my face.
Probably the best experience I’ve had a “nothing bundt cakes” bakery! Hiram and McKenna in the front were so sweet and informative giving me descriptions of all the cakes. And Aliyah in the back was such a gem she came out and personally handed me a fresh cake that she frosted herself and let me just say it was absolutely delicious! Going to be hard to stay away from this place!
I was sent mini cakes for my birthday. I didnt eat them till today. And 2 cakes hadbblack hair in it. Baked in. I have brownish blond hair. So obviously it was not me. So my sister called to let them know and they said they wear hair nets. They didnt try to rectify the situation nothing. They didn't apologize either. They didnt offer to replace them or change them. The BEST , went in there with my pregnant wife last night on Valentine’s Day & they had me spin a wheel & we left the with a free cake!! My wife & I were happy!! Staff was nothing but Smiles
