We ordered a cake for Mother’s Day on Saturday 5/10. We received a notification that the cake was ready at 1:30 p.m. We didn’t arrive til 3:30 pm for pick up. Not only was the cake not ready, but they didn’t have the decorations we ordered. We had to wait over 30 mins for the wrong cake to be made. There was no apology and no offer to make things right.
