They were able to handle a large buntini order with a few days notice. They even have gluten free options. All of them turned out great and the event was a success. I highly recommend!
The girl working there had zero personality. Didn’t greet us when walked in or seem interested in even wanting to help. Entered our number for our rewards she skipped it and bypassed it. Will never go back to this location. Customer service was terrible sorry to of bothered the girl working the counter this evening. If you want to get help I’d recommend choosing another location.
Amazing cake great selection got multiple flavors and was not disappointed
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Nothing Bundt Cakes. I made an order for delivery, they shorted me a cake. Asked if I could go pick it up. Of course I said no because I paid for delivery. My original delivery time was scheduled for 11:00. The cakes arrived around 11:20 but the replacement cake that was left, did not get redelivered until after 2pm. No apology no nothing. Disappointed. I placed my order on Wednesday for a Sunday pickup at 3:30p because I thought ordering ahead meant my order would be reserved. Instead, I got a call at 3:35p, while I was on my way, saying the Turtle Pecan Cheesecake was sold out. When I asked why this happened, I was told the ordering ticket doesn't print until 2-3 days before pickup and that they only bake M-F. That explanation honestly didn't make sense to me.
