I'm sad to write this review but honestly I was incredibly disappointed with my last interaction with this store. I have previously ordered large bouquets of balloons, and for my last order, they tell me THE DAY OF, that they can't deliver the balloons because they ran out of helium, and the way they handled it was pretty inappropriate. I had a big local neighborhood festival that day. Thankfully, Edible arrangements came to the rescue, and they will get my business from now on.
