To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I recently had the blueberry lemon. A++++. Moist and flavorful. Can't wait to treat myself again.
My husband tried to surprised me with a cake for my birthday. He didn't order ahead but our hosts inside took time to fix me a cake right there in the store, on the spot, and created me a beautiful surprise. Thank you. This was his first taste of the cakes and he was BLOWN AWAY! Squashed all his assumptions and expectations!
