I usually have a pretty decent experience at this location. However, Yesterday the cashier seemed to be a bit snippy when taking my phone number for points. And even blurted out a rude "wait!" after I'd given the number for the third time and repeated it again. A simple "I'm sorry, can you give me a second" would have been a better response. On another note, my cake was delicious!
I went to to get the red velvet mini Bundt cake ended up getting 2. Olivia served me 5 star customer service with the best advice on which cake to try. I got the seasonal biscoff cookie butter cake 10/10! She was on point! I’ll be visiting here more often.
