I'm giving this particular store 1 star because of the service. I have gone in several times and I get knots in my stomach every time because I don't know what kind of ridiculousness I am going to encounter. This time, I asked for a bag for my 2 cakes and the 2 girls working there looked at each other as if I had asked for a kidney. Stopped here yesterday for a white chocolate raspberry cake as the one I got in Beaumont was amazing. Got it and was disappointed 😞 had no , none , zilch of raspberry in cake as the one I got in Beaumont had in middle of cake. Cake was fresh just disappointed wasn't near as good as the 1st one I had.
I tried the 8” lemon and cream cheese frosting! Next time I’ll try the red velvet one. Very clean and fresh and I would definitely recommend
I absolutely love NBC but this last purchase there was hair in my icing. Like intertwined in it. I actually have a video of me pulling the long curly black string of hair from the icing. I’m gagging just thinking about it. Look at the picture closely. Yes I was refunded, but that only came after my sister went up there and demanded it. Llevaba tiempo queriendo ir a este lugar desde su apertura, los pasteles se ven muy hermosos pero el sabor nada de especial.Compre dos mini una de zanahoria y otro de chocolate chip cookie y la verdad ninguno me sorprendió.Los trabajadores son amables y el local está muy limpio y organizado.
