Placed an online order. Needed to cancel. Said it was an error on their end however it has taken 8 business days and now I’m being told another 3 business days. The online fee was voided immediately upon me entering the store to receive my receipt but this Is unacceptable. No follow up as stated and no care in the world about the $100+ dollars that has been taken out of my account. Just moving with no sense of urgency.
Apparently they’ve stopped giving spoons out. If you’re paying premium prices for cakes, basic things like a spoon shouldn’t be an issue. Just feels cheap and inconvenient.
