I’ve been coming to this location for years it’s always clean and neat. The cakes are always moist and delicious. The last visit that I had which was last week made the most positive impression on me because of Taylor. She was very informative and pleasant and great to talk to. She asked the right questions and was able to give me information regarding getting a wedding cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, I never knew that they made wedding cakes until I talked to her. I visit the store often considering this is the ONLY one in my area! So upon a visit one day MONTHS before I was given the gift certificate I had asked the manager do they honor certificates from other stores & she stated yes now 4 to 5 months has passed & I received a gift certificate as a gift & I was told THEN that I had to be used @ a participating store🤔 clearly not what I was told before I received the certificate.
