The store is very cute! I got a white chocolate raspberry bundlet and it was absolutely delicious. It made me wish that I had bought more than 1! The cake is so soft and the icing isn’t overly sweet
I went to the store and purchased Conversational Heart Bundtinis, but to my disappointment, they were not packaged as displayed. The sample on display was wrapped in cellophane with a bow, while the ones I received were simply placed in a box with the separate toppers inside a plastic bag. I asked the middle-aged woman who gave me my order why the packaging was different from the display. She rudely replied, “It’s supposed to be like that!” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. This boy, Ryan, was a very helpful cashier and assisted me with my cake questions. I eventually decided on the strawberry cream. 10/10 would recommended the food and they had great customer service.
I want to say that Nothing Bundt Cakes in Springfield did a wonderful job with my long distance order for my daughter’s birthday! I live in Texas and the ease of ordering and tweaking things was so easy. Delivery was on time and perfect! Thanks again for the wonderful cake and delivery for my daughter’s birthday! PS. She said that these are her and my granddaughters favorite cakes…win win!!
