Overpriced and definitely not worth the hype. I ordered a cake for a very special family occasion and paid extra for a custom message. When I picked it up, I was shocked to see that the "custom message" was simply written on a small piece of paper. I asked if they could place the message on top of the cake or write it directly on the cake, but the staff was very unhelpful and kept insisting that they don't write on cakes and had no alternative solution. Love the cakes
We just stopped here on a whim to try a few flavors a few days after New Years. Very cute indoors. Clean. The Oreo one was good. Staff was nice. The other one had some kind of hair on it. I didn’t notice until we got home which was 20 minutes away. It blended in with the frosting. Fine and short like it belonged to an animal which was gross.
