The receptionist or cashier don’t wear gloves to decorate the cake, not good for first impression , first last order in this location. be aware. so disappointed 👎🏼
Heavily do not recommend ordering anything here. Placed an order monday for pick up Thursday was told No, then was told fine. Well they called today Wednesday at 3pm to cancel the order the day before the birthday...my birthday. The workers are unfriendly unprofessional and dont want to work in anyway. Do not order a cake for any event here.
Honestly the food tastes good. But we placed a custom order ahead of time and they waited until less than 24 hrs before the party to cancel on us. So now there’s no way to order a custom cake that fast. They screwed up my wife’s birthday party. Don’t rely on them.
8 times out of 10, always out of limited featured cake when I attemp to purchase online or drop by the bakery impromptu. Wish they’d anticipate better the demand with the limited supply.
