First time here and the experience was terrible. We were laughed at and stared down because we forgot our card in the car. When we came back in, it didn’t get any better. We have an autistic son who is full of energy, and instead of using basic manners, we were rudely told not to let him touch the fridge where the cakes are kept. Please CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE THEY DON'T CHARGE YOU THE "FREE BAG" THEY SAY YOU WILL RECEIVE ON YOUR PURCHASE. Tunde and the young girl working the day we went said you receive a free bag for your purchase which is a lie! They distract you by asking you questions while the other charges the bag. Super disappointed! I was exited to try the new coconut cream flavor, after an hour of picking up the order, I got home expecting something great but I was surprised in a very negative way after finding out that the cream in the middle of the cake was frozen! Really? That doesn't sound like it was recently baked and fresh. Again, very disappointed. Exprecting something creamy and getting a frozen filling in the middle was sad.
