Very disappointed, I ordered a cake at 2pm, made sure to note that the cake would be consumed within the first hour of pickup and picked it up at 6pm. Unbeknownst to me, the cake was completely frozen and not enjoyable.
Great customer service. Easy to purchase online. Pick up was easy. Cake was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it.
Went to pick up an order and was told we needed phone number and not order number/confirmation number. But was asked if it was even paid for then insinuated that maybe we had already picked it up and was trying to get three free cakes. 🤬 The customer service was not good at all. No manager came to the front to assist with the problem.

I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to get my birthday freebie today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was excited to celebrate my birthday with the free cake, but the staff seemed very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Birthdays are supposed to be a fun little treat, and the interaction made it feel uncomfortable instead. I hope the location works on being a bit more welcoming to customers in the future, especially when someone is just trying to enjoy a small birthday treat.
