Got a carrot Bundt cake for a friend who is a lactose allergy! Came out amazing, and they were able to a partial of the Bundt without the frosting!
First cake I ordered was a white chocolate raspberry cake. I received a different flavor. Second cake I ordered was a white chocolate raspberry cake. They got the flavor right this time, but the cake was half the size and I payed for the full size. They just can’t seem to get it right.
I walked in to the location at the fountains on Friday. May 15 6:21 and the kid at the register didn't even acknowledge me, he was talking away on phone and NOT ONCE did he say anything, like hello give me a second or a couple of minutes I'm or anything but no he literally ignored me so I was unable to order what I wanted n needed. I was sent here by a friend to buy a cake, we'll due to NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER I walked out without my cake and HD to go elsewhere HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
Horrible experience with this store, owner (Yomi) and team in general. They gave me a cake that was stuck to cellophane and completely lopsided and tilted, by the time I got home the cake was completely smashed on one side. The owner had to open an “investigation” and said it was a mishandling situation from the cake placement and offered $25 store credit when I spent $80+ on my cake. Once I denied the store credit he tried to flip the situation on me. Worst customer service EVER.
They could be more polite.
