Well I bought a cake and I have a card that they punch with every purchase. Come to find out that they moved that from the card to their app but no way for them to honor the previous purchases. Not cool. Guess I’m getting cakes at other places from now on.
I usually order ahead, but I assume most standard cakes are kept in stock. I have never had a bad flavor or experience in this or any other of these stores. They have excellent quality control. It is great for a party or to bring as a dessert. They are also good for everyday, ad you can keep the cake in the refrigerator for 5 days, although I doubt it lasts that long.
This was my first time in store. Catherine was amazing! She was very welcoming and patient while I decided what to get. She explained everything thoroughly and taught me all about the app! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received 😊

My family has bought cakes from the Winston Salem location for years. The service and cakes have always been wonderful. Recently we purchase a gluten free cake for a birthday party and everyone who tried it complained about the taste. We called the following day and no one seem to care. They did apologize but didn't offer to bake another cake or even refund our money.
