Alicia, the Baker is doing an awesome job and making these cakes. Holy moly.
My experience at this place was all around a 10/10. The cakes were amazing and the girl at the front desk (Priscilla) was extremely helpful and professional and welcomed me with a warm smile and cheery voice, better than any other service employee I’ve ever experienced. And to the lady that had a problem with the front desk lady asking for your id, that’s standard procedure at most places just to verify your birthday so I think your life will be much happier and joyful if you stop thinking you’re under attack all the time 😊
I wish I had an indoor nothin bundt cake store in my house. I love this place.
I recently started using NBC for our monthly office functions. But I usually use the Meyerland location near my office. This was my first and last time to order from this Conroe location. When I got there, I said I was there to pick up my order and the girl at the register handed me the boxes of cakes—no questions asked.
