To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. The Bundt cake is good in general but I wanted to leave a review for this location in specific for the staff. The customer service is top notch here, and the staff is incredibly kind.
The review is truly for the staff at this location. With this brand, you like the food or you don’t, they’re consistent. The staff here is awesome. They are all so kind and go above and beyond. Just one example, today I was looking at the cakes right when they opened when I was picking up. The glass frosted overnight from the temp controls. A staff member rushed out to wipe the glass for me so I could see them. I didn’t ask, they just did it and let me know why. I thought it was sweet.
Great customer service and understanding with my custom buntinis and I like this location and sports arena store also
