Ordered for delivery - to no fault of this location the delivery went to the wrong address. When I called they made it right immediately and had it delivered within the hour. Impressed with the level of service at the New Caney location.
I always stop to pick up treats for us or for teachers. I love trying the limited flavors and the classic ones as well. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming every time I stop by.
The cakes were good and moist. Clean store so that’s good. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the lack of customer service. I don’t remember being greeted and when I was ready to order it took a good couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me.
I recently purchased a cake from this location to serve to my family as a special treat for a new flavor we were excited to try. Unfortunately, when the cake was cut and served, two separate slices each contained a human hair. This was obviously disappointing, especially given that it was meant to be enjoyed as a special dessert. I contacted the store immediately and was offered either a store credit or a refund.
