I received a dozen miniature Bundt cakes with 12 butterflies. I am so impressed. They are fresh and tasty and a true reflection of myself. My daughter knew I would love it. She called… she ordered…and I received! Y’all get a big…big star!
We absolutely LOVE having NBC in Cleveland, and have always had a pleasant experience! Their cakes are the best I’ve had and I won’t order from anywhere else for birthdays. Everyone is super nice and helpful in the store, but what I’m most thankful for is that they offer two gluten free flavors, since I have 2 kids with celiac. It’s hard to find delicious gluten free cakes, and these are perfect!
You walk in and smell the deliciousness! I couldn’t even make it out of the parking lot before I was diving in! I’m glad they gave me a spoon but I’m not sure it would have mattered! So good and the hype is real! Incredibly nice people too.
Purchased an 8" red velvet birthday cake for my wife at it was a great success. It was cleverly decorated with s big bow and a cone shaped party hat and then all wrapped up in cellophane. It looked very festive and was a welcome change from a routine birthday cake. The cake itself was very good, and the patterned icing was tasty and did not overshadow the cake. Looked good and tasted great. Success!
Owners are very rude and unprofessional. Overpriced and too sweet. Recommend anywhere else but here
