Nothing Bundt Cakes hired me to do their window cleaning recently, and I was really surprised how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They clearly care about keeping the place bright and clean too!
The service was absolutely amazing!! Upon entering the store I was both greeted and welcomed by two smiling faces ! I was asked what I liked and given suggestions of what fan favorites were. The manager Brandy even came out and was super friendly. This is where I will be visiting from now on!! I have two little girls who love cake (🥰) and to find a place that is so clean, warm and welcoming … you can’t really ask for more!! -Katrina
Great customer service every time we visit!
Taz was amazing with her Customer Service from the day I put the order in however the professionalism is not there at all . The store manager continued to put her signs up and never acknowledge the customer’s at the door I would say not purchase from this particular location and they definitely need to be taught managerial skills.
