Excellent customer service
Well considering it was my bday and they forgot my freebie until I had to show them it was there on the receipt. I think the kicker also was a customer asking for a free cake or any throwouts and seeing the employee walk to the back and give it to them and not offer me one. Im not entitled to free cake...but what? See the perception of imbalance? I guess rewards and order history doesnt matter. This wasnt something that im unaware of or some credit/coupon.
