The clerk in the Covington store was rude, with a world class sneer. I will not go back to this store.
The staff and manager are really nice and gracious.
The cake is good like others have said, its not dry and it tastes good. The issue i had when I got three mini bundles cakes was I had more frosting than cake. I ended up having to scrape the frosting off to eat the cake.
Last month I ordered a Bundt cake for a friends birthday and needed it delivered since I had no time to run down there and grab it. The driver ended up taking it to a completely different location that was not my address. After talking with some people down at Nothing Bundt Cakes, they were able to bring me a new order themselves and then added some mini Bundt cakes for my troubles!
